Massage Therapy
Jen specializes in several Massage Therapy Techniques. Drawing from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Trigger Point therapy; she combines them to meet the specific needs of each individual client. Massage for Prenatal clients is also available. Custom "Singers Massage" is available for clients who want to open and relax the ribs, diaphragm and throat. This treatment is useful not only for singers, but for people with asthma, or anyone who wants to feel more connected to their breath.
